Can you deal with my insurance company?

Yes. We’ll do as much of the paperwork as we can and deal directly with your adjuster so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We can get most approvals within an hour of filling out the paperwork, so your job can get scheduled right away.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

We’ll make an appointment to come out the moment you call. Depending on the complexity of your job, you can count on getting something in writing as soon as the same day.

How do your warranties work?

Every single job we do comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty. If you’re a roofing customer, you’ll get an additional, transferable warranty through GAF because we’re a certified partner.

What’s your deposit policy?

Once we generate your estimate, we’ll let you know the deposit required to begin work. Small jobs may not require an estimate at all.

Do you clean up before you leave?

Yes. We’re going to ask you if you’re happy with the work before we leave, and that means cleaning up after ourselves. If there is a tremendous amount of debris, we’ll provide dumpster service.
